Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed at pirtuva.com, operated by [MB legal name], [address], Lithuania ("Pirtuva", "we").

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. Made-to-order items (Sauna Ritual Kit, linen towel, seat cover, hair turban) are produced after your order and ship within 2-3 weeks; in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT of the destination country. Payment by card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal at checkout.

Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, except for sealed goods unsealed after delivery (birch whisk, sauna essence). See our Return and refund policy, which includes the model withdrawal form.

Legal guarantee

EU consumers have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. Contact hello@pirtuva.com.

Product safety

Manufacturer details and safety information are shown on every product page. Keep textiles away from open flame and the stove.

Governing law
