Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

How to return: email hello@auraofeurope.com with your order number within the 14 days. We reply with the return address. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of sending), to the original payment method.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items: send a photo to hello@auraofeurope.com within 14 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund; you do not need to send the item back.

Exchanges for size: every piece is printed after you order, so we handle a size change as a return plus a new order. Check the Size guide before ordering.
